Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • ✔️ The product is unopened and unused.
  • ✔️ The original packaging is intact.
  • ✔️ The item is in resalable condition.
  • ✔️ Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.
